If you’ve been a victim of identity theft you anticipate the moment you’ll receive your resolution letter from the bank its exhilarating!  The banks that gave a complete stranger thousands of dollars without my knowledge or consent on my behalf, but stuck me with the bill have absolved me!  Eureka!  You banks are swell!
